Google Calendar integration
Connect Google Calendar to Quest so existing appointments appear alongside tasks and can be considered when planning work. Support syncing planned tasks and tracked time back to Google Calendar.
Pomodoro timer in Focus
Add an optional Pomodoro timer with work and break intervals to Focus, so no separate timer app is needed.
Tasks without a date (inbox or backlog)
Create tasks without scheduling them for a day, for example inside a quest or in an inbox for quick captures, and add a date or time later when needed.

Easier manual time entry
Add time manually for activities that weren't tracked live, such as exercise, and choose the quest when logging time on the calendar.
Recurring tasks
Let tasks repeat automatically on a schedule, such as daily, weekly or monthly, or a set time after they are completed.
Task descriptions and notes
Add a description or notes to a task, with rich-text formatting, so details stay with the task instead of somewhere else.
Easier way to leave Focus
The control for leaving Focus is hard to find and sits far from the main navigation, especially on an empty Focus screen. A back control where people expect it would make leaving easier.
Set your own name in your profile
Without a stored name, the profile showed a generic placeholder name and letter. Setting your own name lets the profile icon show your initial instead.
Adjustable interface size and full-width layouts
Choose an interface size that suits your display, and let the app make better use of large windows.
Combine Weekly Review and Analytics
Having a separate Analytics screen next to Weekly Review was confusing because the difference was unclear. Keeping weekly reporting in one place makes it easier to find.

Reorder quests manually
Arrange quests in your own order, for example by dragging them, instead of the newest quest always appearing first.
Option to turn off animations
A setting, for example under accessibility, to turn off motion such as the moving border around the current task on Home, which can be distracting in peripheral vision.
