Show focus mode status on the app icon and in the menu bar

I’d love to see at a glance whether focus mode is on, without having to open the app.

1. Badge on the app icon
When focus mode is active, show a small badge on the desktop app icon in the Dock, similar to the red notification badge. When focus mode is off, the badge disappears.

2. Menu bar indicator (optional)
An icon in the menu bar at the top of the screen, next to Wi-Fi, battery and so on, that shows when focus mode is running. Ideally this could be turned on or off in the settings.

Right now it’s easy to lose track of whether focus mode is still running. A visible indicator would make it much easier to stay aware of my focus sessions.
