PLAN -> Hovering over the task opens the pop-up automatically

When hovering over the task in the plan, the week view, the pop-up for changing the text, etc., is opening automatically. This is, in my opinion, better if it's just opening when clicking, because otherwise it's always opening quite fast (it's a little bit annoying).
